1. About en over Radio Klotestad (hystoria)

Het langverwachte vervolg op “Groeten uit Klotestad”, een dystopische autofictografie, gebaseerd op weirde gebeurtenissen, bezorgd door Mulder.

In 2022 begon ik daarbij Radio Klotestad, een even dystopische radiovideoshow op Mixcloud, waarin de muziek bepaalde hoe het verhaal (hoorspel) verliep. Het was een mengsel van soundscapes en muziek en poëzie, voorgedragen door verschillende stemmen, vergezeld door animaties en loops.
De radioshow is (voorlopig?) gestopt, maar leve Radio Klotestad! want de Klotestad leven gaat hier opnieuw verder, in een simpele archief outfit, waarin je van het ene fragment naar het andere kunt hoppen. Er komen steeds meer dingen bij, en misschien dat op termijn mijn hele oeuvre geïntegreerd zal zijn in Radio Klotestad. We gaan het zien.
Meeste stukken zullen in het Nederlands zijn, soms in het Engels, en soms beide.

The long awaited sequel to “Greetings from Klotestad”, a dystopian autofictography, based on weird events, brought to you by Mulder.

In 2022 I started Radio Klotestad, an equally dystopian radio video show on Mixcloud, in which the music determined how the story (radio play) went. It was a mixture of soundscapes and music and poetry recited by different voices, accompanied by animations and loops.
The radio show (for now?) has ended, but long live Radio Klotestad! because the Klotestad life will continue here, in a simple archival outfit, in which you can jump from one fragment to another. More items will be added, and maybe some day my whole portfolio will be totally integrated in Radio Klotestad. We'll see.
Most articles will be in Dutch, sometimes in English, and sometimes both.

2. (howto) Find your way en vind je weg in Klotestad (navigatillium)

Binnen Klotestad kun je zoeken op trefwoorden, of op categorie. Ga hiervoor naar 'index' (menubalk bovenaan de page).

Bij ieder item vind je onderaan wat metadata, waaronder ook de toegepaste trefwoorden en categorie; daar op klikken brengt je ook op de 'index' pagina, en zo vind je dan items in dezelfde categorie of met hetzelfde onderwerp. Met het groeien van de site, zal dit meer en meer handig worden, verwacht ik. Er zullen af en toe ook trefwoorden verdwijnen, dus vertrouw er niet blindelings op. Maar dat geldt voor alles in het leven, dus vergeet je helm niet.

Tips!

1. Als het klikken op de links met je dikke wijsvinger wat lastig is, of als je het lettertype te klein vindt om goed te kunnen lezen, kun je de boel wat groter maken.
- op je phone natuurlijk door met je vingers het groter te schuiven
- op je Windows desk/laptop door Ctrl en + te typen
> Ctrl en - wordt het weer kleiner
> Ctrl en 0 (nul) is het beginformaat.
- je kunt evt ook je leesschermgrootte veranderen (bijv. handig bij gebruik van de index: zodoende komen de rijtjes dichter bij elkaar te staan, als je dat fijner vindt), en alleen op de desbetreffende tab. Kies dan Ctrl en Shift en M. Dan kun je met het rechtsonder pijltjeshoekje de boel groter of kleiner slepen. (klik op kruisje Rechtsboven, of doe weer Ctrl Shift M om weer normaal te zetten)

Within Klotestad you can search by keywords, or category. Go to the 'index' on the menu on top.

At the bottom of each item you will find some metadata, including the applied keywords and category;

clicking on that will also take you to the 'index' page, where you will find items in the same category or with the same subject. As the site grows, this will become more and more useful, I expect. Keywords will also disappear from time to time, so don't rely on them blindly. But that goes for everything in life, so don't forget your skid lid.

Tips!

If clicking the links with your fat indexfinger is a bit difficult, or if you find the font too small to read properly, you can make things a bit bigger.
- on your phone of course by sliding it larger with your fingers
- on your Windows desk/laptop by typing Ctrl and +
> Ctrl and - it gets smaller again
> Ctrl and 0 (zero) is the initial size
- you can also change your reading screen size (e.g. useful when using the index: this way the columns are closer together, if you like that better), and only on the relevant tab. Then choose Ctrl and Shift and M. And then you can use the bottom right arrow corner to drag it larger or smaller. (click on the cross at the top right, or do Ctrl Shift M again to return to normal)
